Minimum Requirements
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, physical examination including drug screen with normal hearing and vision requirements
- Pass a written examination with a score no less than 70%
- 20 words per minute keyboarding ability minimum
- Be of good moral character
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $46,195
- After 4 years: $76,000 (after contract year 2028)
- $4,500 Bonus Pay each year for three years 2022 through 2024 (up to $13,500 total paid)
- 26 Vacation Days, 4 Personal Days, Sick Days, Paid Holidays
- Defined Benefit Pension (MERS) w/ 5% contribution; 2.5% multiplier after 25 years
- Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage; 20% Employee Premium Contribution / Hard Cap as of January 1, 2025

- 12 Hour shifts; 2-week cycle (5 and 2)

- Current lateral dispatcher starting pay rates with credited time are:
- 1 year: $52,547
- 2 years: $56,589
- 3 years: $61,304
- 4 or more years: $67,368
