As necessary, candidates meeting all testing and application requirements will be invited to interview with an oral board. Candidates should also be prepared to undergo a comprehensive background investigation, complete a physical with drug screen and psychological examination. Chosen applicants must meet all MCOLES requirements, complete a Field Training Program and a one-year probationary period.
